Procedure General diagram
(Silo)-> feeder -> jaw crusher -> impact crusher -> vibrating screen -> final products. (Conveyor belts are connected between crushing appliances) Chunks of stones are evenly conveyed by silos from vibrating feeder to jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Later, the coarse crushed stones are sent by belt conveyor to impact crusher for further crushing. Then, the further crushed ones are sent to vibrating screen, where different specifications of stones are screened. Stones of various particle sizes are sent to finished products piles. Those that fails to meet particle size are sent to impact crusher to crush again in a closed circuit for repeat circulation. The granularity of final products is consumer-oriented. Auxiliary dusting equipment can be equipped when environment protection is under consideration.
