Ferromanganese iron Crushing process
The iron ore crushing process goes as follows: ZSW vibrating feeder→ PE jaw crusher→PY cone crusher→VSI sand maker→circular vibrating screen
Big ferromanganese iron ores are feed into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the material will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and then the crushed materials up to the crushing standard will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating while the other materials will be fed to a VSI sand maker for fine crushing. The end products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
